We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff provided exceptional customer service. The check-in process was seamless and we were warmly greeted with a hot drink. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with plenty of mirrors and thoughtful amenities like complimentary tea, water biscuits, and mini cheddars. Our sleep was comfortable and we woke up refreshed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from. The breakfast area had a modern and expensive-looking design, and the staff were friendly and attentive. the cleanliness, comfort, and quality of service at this hotel were outstanding.

great staff and location, we liked our stay in the hotel. plenty of supplies in the room: an iron, tv and a dining area. we ordered lunch at red pepper, located not very far from the venue. it was a perfectly pleasant stay, you could leave a car onsite.

Brilliant location for visiting Blackpool, it's very close to town centre and seafront. Blackpool Centre district deserves to be explored.
